1. These unaudited Financial Results has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 as amended (lnd AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other recognised accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable.

2. The Company has only one reportable segment. Hence the disclosure as required under IND AS 108 'Operating Segments' is not required.

3. The above results prepared and presented pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI {Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulaions, 2015viewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 22nd January, 2025 and were approved by the Board of Directors|in its meeting held on that date.

4. Limited Review of these unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2024, as required under Regulation 33 of the|SEBI {Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 has been carried out by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

5. |Figures for the previous periods/year have been regrouped, reclassified, rearranged wherever necessary.
